Account and registration
Registration on tabarok takes a few minutes. Go to our open account page, enter your username, email, password, mobile number, and agree to our terms. Click "Create account" to complete step one. We then send a verification email to the address you provided; click the link to confirm. Next, you will be asked to verify your identity (KYC) using a valid ID and a photo of yourself. This process protects both you and tabarok from fraud and helps us comply with payment regulations. Once KYC is approved, usually within hours, your account is fully active. You can then deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank transfer (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment), and access football markets, live-dealer tables, slot games, and esports betting.
On the member login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link below the sign-in button. Enter the email address you registered with. We send a password-reset link to that email within a few minutes. Click the link, choose a new password (letters, numbers, and symbols; minimum 8 characters), and confirm it. You can then sign in with your new password. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact support through your account dashboard. For security, never share your password reset link with anyone, and log out of tabarok on all devices after you change your password.
Log into your tabarok account, go to "Settings" or "Account," and you can change your email, mobile number, preferred language, and notification preferences. To pause activity temporarily, you can log out and not return for a period. If you want to permanently close your account, contact support through your dashboard and request account closure. We will guide you through withdrawal of any remaining balance. Note that account closure is permanent; you cannot reopen the same account once closed. If you have outstanding bets or pending transactions when you request closure, those must be settled before we process the closure.
Payments and transactions
tabarok does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider—e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, your bank (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment), or e-wallet processor—may apply fees according to their own policies. These are outside tabarok's control. For example, some bank transfers between institutions may incur a small service charge. Before depositing, check your payment method's fee structure if you want to know the exact amount you'll be charged. When you withdraw, your balance is transferred back to the payment method you used to deposit; any fees from that method apply at withdrawal time as well.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team to confirm your account is in good standing and no disputes are pending. Most withdrawal requests are approved within hours. Once approved, the transfer to your payment method (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, bank account, etc.) depends on that provider's processing time—usually a few hours but sometimes longer during holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek) or peak traffic periods. In rare cases, a withdrawal may be flagged for additional review if the transaction matches a risk pattern; this can take up to a few days. You will be notified through your account dashboard if a review is needed. We never delay withdrawals without reason; contact support if your withdrawal has not arrived within the expected window.
Game coverage and markets
tabarok covers domestic and international football extensively. In Indonesia, we list Liga 1 matches, Piala Indonesia cup tournaments, and lower-tier regional leagues. Internationally, we offer Piala AFF (Southeast Asian federation cup), Piala Asia, World Cup qualifiers, and major leagues including the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, and Bundesliga. During major tournaments (Champions League, Piala Indonesia playoffs, World Cup), we add expanded betting markets with game information. We also cover related sports: MotoGP, badminton, and esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile). To see the full current market list, log in to your tabarok account and browse the sportsbook section; markets update daily as fixtures are scheduled.
tabarok may offer bonus incentives to new or returning members from time to time. Any bonus comes with terms that explain the bonus amount, how to claim it, and what play-through or wagering conditions apply before you can withdraw it. Bonus terms are always disclosed in your account when you are eligible; you can review them before accepting. Do not accept a bonus if you do not understand the conditions. Common conditions include: the bonus is credited only after your first deposit is verified, you must place a certain number of bets before you can withdraw the bonus, or the bonus is only valid on specific games. Read the bonus terms carefully in your account before accepting. Our support team can explain any condition you find unclear.
Account care and support
Log into your tabarok account and click "Support" or "Help" in the menu. Fill in your question or issue and submit. Our team responds in English and Indonesian during business hours. Typical response time is a few hours. For urgent account issues (a transaction not credited, suspicious activity, or a locked account), contact support immediately through your dashboard; we prioritize these cases. You can also email support through the contact information in your account settings or in our footer. Keep your account username, email, and recent transaction details handy when you contact us; this helps us assist you faster. Never share your password with support staff; legitimate support staff never ask for your password.
KYC stands for "Know Your Customer." It is a verification process where you prove your identity and address using valid documents. When you open a tabarok account, you will be asked to upload a photo of your ID (passport, national identity card, or driver license) and a current photo of yourself. We use these to confirm you are who you say you are. This protects you from fraud and helps tabarok comply with payment regulations and money-laundering laws. KYC verification is required before you can deposit or withdraw. The process usually takes a few hours; you will be notified in your account once it is approved. If your documents are unclear or incomplete, we will ask you to resubmit. Do not take or upload photos of someone else's ID; fraudulent KYC can result in account suspension.
